1. ORDER PROCESSING
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment
• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
2. SHIPPING CHARGES
• Free shipping on orders above ₹599
• For orders below ₹599, shipping charges are calculated based on your location and courier partner rates
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINES
Estimated delivery timelines:
• Metro cities: 2–4 business days
• Other locations: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier partner availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

• Sentiara is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided by the customer

• Add a landmark to help delivery agents locate you easily
• Ensure your phone number is active and reachable
• Double-check your pincode and city before placing the order
Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.

8. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or you suspect it is lost:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share your Order ID and photos and unboxing video.
We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
